Over the years of its existence Nina Vlasova-Kurits delivers a course of lectures in many countries. There are 64 of them.
Our state does not sponsor this method. It adopted method that absolutely does not work and our representatives profess that our children will NEVER learn Russian.
Now the author of the method does not go abroad but Israeli have the opportunity to listen to it in Safed that is an unaffordable luxury for other countries nowadays. The minimum group for conducting the course is 5 people.

To observe the activities of the medical committees of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption
The medical committees stand in the way of receiving the public welfare homes by elderly returnees who have to perch in a rental property.
The situation is preposterous because the committee meets after the returnee is shown an apartment where he can live.
Consequently the committee decisions put an end on receiving of the public welfare homes that may result in an unacceptable health risk of elderly people who have been waiting for years. Due to such circumstances competent individuals die a fast death. As the last two cases show it takes just 3-4 months.
MM is going to carefully monitor the activities of the medical committee and to require the changes of its regulations up to revocation of such a punitive approach.
Training of the community representatives to participate in meetings of committees
There are numerous government commissions that make the fate of the returnees’ families every day. In addition to described medical committees of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, there are also the Ministry of Construction, the Social Insurance Institution and others; the decisions of the appointments board of the Ministry of Education have more deplorable results because hundreds of new returnees children are under the jurisdiction.
The commissions have the right to transfer a pupil from a regular school to a school for retarded children. Mainly it is caused by the bias of the members of the commission and by the misunderstanding of traditions and mentality of immigrants of ex-USSR. As a result hundreds of children lose the chance for proper education that leads to criminality, drug addiction and unemployment. In order to avoid it trained MM representatives should participate in the commission meetings. Preparation of Russian-speaking representatives and their participation in these commissions will support the families of returnees in their opposition to various organizations. Now it is the priority project of the MM.
Mila Rosenfeld Dolls Museum
The most extraordinary dolls of Mila Rosenfeld were loved by her younger daughter. Already an adult, serving in the Israeli army, she collected a collection. She died 22 years ago in a terrorist attack. Mila has been making dolls for twenty two years in memory of her girl and other children who died in terrorist attacks and wars. And now Mila Rosenfeld really needs our help. There is a video about this beautiful common project.
Organization project of the call center named "Light at the end of the tunnel"
("Heart of Darkness")
Despite the fact that MM has never promoted, its representatives cannot cope with the number of appeals. The call center will receive calls and emails 6 days a week; it also will sort them according to geographical and departmental principles and make simple recommendations. The tough situations will be examined by the project managers. It is decided to develop a strategy that make things easier starting from the emails and the phone calls to various organizations and ending with the promotion of changes in the current legislation.
Clearly, the staff and volunteers of the call center need to be trained and given good counsel in the field of labor law, civil law and taxation. The help of social workers and psychologists is also needed.
House
Nonprofit and non-commercial construction of hostels and houses for elderly returnees based on the projects of the amuts "Alfa Tsafon" by Efraim Melamed and "Asta" by Rimma Exler. According to our calculations money disbursed by the government is enough for the construction and the improvement of hostels and houses. These projects will be lobbied by the MM within the coalition of several public organizations.

Activists of amut "Magen Mishpacha" that is based on mutual respect are people of different ages and professions who united by a common purpose.
